Nishta Krishnan

I completed my undergraduate degree in NanoEngineering at UC San Diego in 2020. Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of NanoEngineering under the guidance of Dr. Liangfang Zhang. My research is primarily centered around pioneering innovative immunotherapies designed to combat both cancer and infectious diseases. Specifically, I utilize cell membrane coating nanotechnology to engineer powerful biomimetic therapeutics. Outside the lab, I serve as the President at the Jacobs Graduate Student Council and actively participate in several mentorship programs, including JUMP, GradAMP, and GEAR.
